1. Who We Are
Velobit Digital Venture ("Velobit," "we," "us") is a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia (SSM Registration No. JR0190269-K), based in Kemaman, Terengganu. We provide WhatsApp and Telegram AI automation services for small and medium businesses ("SMEs") in Malaysia.
By using our services, signing up for a free trial, or subscribing to a paid package, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms of Service.
2. What We Provide
Velobit builds and manages AI-powered automation for WhatsApp and Telegram, including but not limited to:
- WhatsApp AI chatbot setup and management
- WhatsApp CRM and marketing broadcast tools
- Lead capture and follow-up automation
- Related workflow automation services
Our services connect to Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API and/or Telegram's API, and may use third-party AI models to power automated responses.
3. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. Trial terms (duration, features included, and what happens at the end of the trial) will be communicated to you directly at signup. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time for future customers; existing trials already in progress will be honoured as agreed.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Paid packages range from RM300 to RM800 per month, depending on the package and features selected, as agreed with you individually before your subscription begins.
- Fees are billed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

- Late payment may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
- Any third-party costs — including Meta's WhatsApp per-message fees — are billed separately by Meta directly to your own Meta Business account, and are not included in our package fees.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing (WhatsApp or email is acceptable).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle; we do not provide partial-month refunds for early cancellation.

- No refunds are provided for issues caused by Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other third-party platform outages, policy changes, or account restrictions outside our control.
6. Client Responsibilities
To provide our services, we need you to:
- Provide accurate business information for Meta Business verification and WhatsApp number registration
- Ensure you have the legal right to use the WhatsApp number and business details you provide
- Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Telegram's Terms of Service when using our automation
- Respond to reasonable requests for information needed to complete setup or resolve issues
You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your automated systems, including compliance with Malaysian advertising, consumer protection, and personal data laws.
7. Data and Privacy
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described there.
8. Service Availability and Limitations
- Our services depend on third-party platforms (Meta/WhatsApp, Telegram, AI model providers) that we do not control. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account bans, or feature changes made by these third parties.
- We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated content without human review.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Velobit Digital Venture's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment is significantly overdue
- You use our services for unlawful purposes, spam, or in violation of Meta's or Telegram's policies
- Continuing service would put our own platform standing (e.g., Meta Business Partner status) at risk
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
